Cairo, Tuesday, 20th October 2015 - The African Junior Swimming Championships in Cairo, Egypt concluded tonight with the South African swimming team claiming the top spot on the combined team scores table with a total of 69 medals (24 gold, 29 silver and 16 bronze).
