Windhoek, Sunday, 17th February 2019 - The South African Open Water swimming team added 22 medals (12 gold, 8 silver and 2 bronze) to the country’s tally during the second day of the CANA Zone IV Championships in Namibia today.

Windhoek, Saturday, 16th February 2019 - The South African swimming team opened the CANA Zone IV Championships with an impressive total of 19 medals (8 gold, 8 silver and 3 bronze) and six new Championship Records at the Olympia Swimming Pool in Windhoek, Namibia today.

Johannesburg, Wednesday, 6th February 2019 - A strong contingent of athletes will be representing South Africa at the Confederation Africaine De Natation Amateur (CANA) Zone IV Junior Championships in Windhoek, Namibia from 16th to 20th February 2019.
