JET and Funda Wande Marko-D tests

JET is working with Funda Wande to validate the Marko-D Sepedi tests and hybrid EGMA for use in South Africa.
The Marko-D SA Sepedi test is a diagnostic mathematics conceptual test for 4- to 8-year-olds. It is available in English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, isiZulu, and isiXhosa and will soon be available in Sepedi. 
 
Funda Wande is a not-for-profit organisation which aims to equip teachers to teach reading-for-meaning and calculating-with-confidence in Grades R to 3 in South Africa. The Funda Wande materials have been trialled, and the programme is evidence-based, independently evaluated, policy-aligned and cost-effective.
