Adv Jennica Beukes

Researcher

Jennica Beukes is a Researcher and Legal Practitioner affiliated with the Multilevel Government Department at the Dullah Omar Institute, University of Western Cape. As a consultant, she contributed to various impactful projects of the Institute, including co-authoring the Legal Framework for Combating Corruption in Local Government in the Western Cape (2020), SALGA-DOI Framework for Coalitions in Local Government (2021) and the DOI Policy Brief of the 2024 GNU (2024). In 2022, Jennica was commissioned by the Hanns Seidel Foundation to participate in the implementation of a national capacity-building project for the Independent Electoral Commission. She is committed to using her knowledge and skills to advance innovative and responsive governance in South Africa.
